Job Requirements:
Education & Experience Required
3-5 years of experience in construction sites (preferably in the food industry)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences

Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and Egyptian regulations
Certifications :
NEBOSH IGC (Preferred).
OSHA 30 Hr Construction (Mandatory).
Competent Scaffold Person – by American Scaffolding Institute (Mandatory).
Lifting and Rigging Operation certified (Preferred).
First Aid and Firefighting trained (Mandatory).
Skills & Abilities :
Accident investigation.
Site inspection and management.
Training and presentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Active learner with a positive, professional attitude.
Problem-solving and results-oriented.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good command of Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills (a plus).

This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for internal roles while also expanding our network of external partners, consultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs) who support our diverse portfolio of services and geographies.
This is a pivotal position combining traditional recruitment with strategic outreach and relationship-building — ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people and enabling meaningful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time and project-based internal roles.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen CVs and applications, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
Draft and publish clear, compelling job advertisements.
Track candidate information and progress using organized internal systems (e.g., Database, spreadsheets, folders, shared drives).
Stay informed about current salary benchmarks and market hiring trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy, engineering, or technical setting.
Experience recruiting engineers, technicians, or field professionals is a strong asset.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment and sourcing tracks at the same time.
